Jurassic Jeep JK – February 2021

Having seen Green Meany on our website, Damien Gallivan brought his Rescue Green Jeep JK into us for a bespoke Raptor paint job – little did we know what the outcome would be a few months later.

Damien bought his JK a few years ago with the idea of doing some modifying and off-roading and due to using on green lanes, he wanted a robust paint job to protect his new purchase.

It was during a conversation with Paul that Damien mentioned one of his all-time favourite films was Jurassic Park and he liked the look of the jeeps in these films. With no hesitation Paul said, “Yep, we can do that”

Following a full strip down of the JK, Epoxy primer was applied followed by layers of Raptor. Then it’s the completion of the trade secret, pin-sharp graphics and glow-in-the-dark logo, all completed whilst the JK is in bits. The jigsaw is then put back together, and the outcome is our first movie-themed custom vehicles – hopefully the first of many.
